"Our estimator and PM Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to answer all of our many questions. We decided to go with asphalt resurfacing based on Dennis' expertise and recommendation. (We were deciding between full concrete or asphalt replacement) Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the other contrators we contacted (about 8 others) and included all the permits that needed to be pulled from the city (Some of the other contractors were reluctant to pull the permits).
